SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by CHB Tech Services ("CHB").

1. Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from CHB Tech Services at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the number.

2. What we send

Customer care and transactional messages, such as order and shipping updates, support ticket updates, appointment reminders, service status and replies to your questions. We send promotional messages only if you separately agreed to receive them.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

4. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you sign up again.

5. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or end the text-message program at any time. Changes are posted on this page.
